Privacy

Privacy policy

This site collects little information, and only to provide the service. Here is exactly what is collected, why, where it is stored and for how long.

The "interested in this property" form

When you send an inquiry from a property page we store: name, phone, your message (if written), the property number, the page it was sent from, device type (mobile/desktop), the referring site if you came from a link, and the site language. Your IP address is not stored as is, only as a one-way fingerprint used solely to limit repeated submissions. The inquiry is kept until handled and deleted on request.

WhatsApp and phone

Tapping a WhatsApp or "Call" button opens WhatsApp or the dialer on your device. The tap is counted on the server (without identifying details), and once your message is sent the conversation continues in WhatsApp under Meta's privacy policy.

Measurement without cookies

The site measures page views, gallery opens and taps on contact buttons, to know which properties draw interest. Stored: the page, property number, referring site, campaign parameters if present, device type and language, with a daily visitor identifier that cannot be traced back to a person. No tracking cookies, no Google Analytics, no social-network pixels. The data is deleted automatically after 90 days.

What is stored in your browser

One cookie for the language you chose (NEXT_LOCALE), and your accessibility preferences if you used the accessibility button (in the browser's local storage only). Neither is sent to any other party.

Where the data lives

The site is hosted on Vercel, the database on Neon (EU servers, Frankfurt) and property photos on Vercel storage. Property photos are stripped of embedded metadata (including GPS location) before they go online. Only Idan has access to the data, through a password-protected admin.

Your rights

You can ask at any time what information is stored about you, correct it or delete it. Contact me on WhatsApp or by phone and the request will be handled within a few days.
